To Order and Purchase Products

Please email us with the items which you would like to purchase and we will reply back to you the total amount due (including the postage/shipping costs), and the bank account details to deposit your payment.

After we have received your payment, we will then send out the items to your address (via PosLaju or Pos Malaysia Parcel Delivery) which you have given to us. It's that simple and straightforward!

Please include your full name, delivery address and contact no. when you email us with your orders so that we can pack and prepare the items to be sent out to who while waiting for the payment to be made.

Delivery Time Frame:

After we have received your payment, we will then send out the items to your address (via PosLaju or Pos Malaysia Parcel Delivery) which you have given to us. It's that simple and straightforward!

Usually once the payment has been received, we would send out the items the next day if product are available and in stock.

PosLaju:
2 ~ 3 working days (Peninsular Malaysia) and 5 ~ 7 working days (East Malaysia)

Pos Malaysia Parcel Delivery:
5 - 10 working days (Peninsular Malaysia) and 10 ~ 14 working days (East Malaysia).

 

Please note: Once your order has been sent out via PosLaju or Pos Malaysia, we cannot be held responsible for the lost or damage to the parcel during the delivery process while it is on the way to your given address.
